Behind Kini Cuisine is Kiran Waqar, an educator whose journey has required perseverance, courage and the willingness to begin again.
After nearly twenty years of teaching in Pakistan, Kiran continued her education in New Jersey, earning her master’s degree from Rutgers University. She has recently begun her doctoral studies as a PhD scholar, carrying forward her commitment to learning and education.
Alongside that journey came difficult changes and uncertain seasons for her family. Plans did not always unfold as hoped, and rebuilding required patience, effort and faith in God Almighty. Through those challenges, Kiran continued to move forward, holding on to the belief that there is still room for a new beginning.
For Kiran, trusting God means finding the courage to take the next step, even when the whole path is not yet clear. A setback can change a plan without ending the dream behind it.
Kini Cuisine is part of that new beginning. Through familiar Pakistani and Indian flavors, Kiran hopes to bring warmth to other families’ tables while building a hopeful new chapter for her own.

We offer halal Pakistani and Indian cuisine for pickup, delivery, tray orders and small gatherings across Princeton and Central New Jersey.
